John H. Bell is the Founder/Bishop of Samaritan Way Ministries in Richmond, California. Under his leadership the church has reached out to Malawi and Mozambique to establish Samaritan Ways Ministries Africa. The membership in the village, town and city churches numbers in the thousands. John holds a bachelor's degree in English from San Francisco State University, and he holds a Master's Degree in Theology from Omega Bible Institute and Seminary.
John and his wife Gwendolyn have been partners together in the work of the Lord for over 20 years. They have seven children.
